We have confidence in the quality of our teaching. If you are unsatisfied with the current teacher, you can email chineselearning52@163.com to make a request. We will first consider asking the teacher to improve classes or changing you to a new teacher (it’s up to you). If you are still unsatisfied, you may ask for a refund at any time for any unused classes that are still within the validity period by emailing chineselearning52@163.com.
