There are only three steps: First, we recommend that you sign up for one free demo class for 52ChineseLearning. It will show you whether our courses can work for you or not; Second, choosing appropriate course packages and textbooks for your Chinese learning under the advice of our professional Chinese teacher; Last, pay for your course package and schedule your classes, and then you can start your Chinese learning journey.

2. [Demo Class Guidance] Is the Demo Class free? How do I get one free trial class?

We offer each family a one-on-one 30-minute Demo Class for free. The free Demo Class is available for use by any child in your account. If you have more than one child, and wish to get a demo for them, you may purchase a second or more on our website. When you sign up and click “GET A FREE TRIAL” for a Demo Class on the website of 52ChineseLearning, our academic coordinator will contact you in 24 hours to contact you and schedule the class.

4. [Scheduling and Cancellation] When there is a problem and cannot attend class, will the class time be deducted?

You are free to cancel a class until 24 hours before the scheduled time, please e-mail us your cancellation request at chineselearning52@163.com ( including your login information, name, and email address to register). We suggest you cancel the class 24 hours before the scheduled time and then reschedule at another available time. If it is within 24 hours before the scheduled time, encountering the emergency so that you can’t start the class, and the class will be removed from your account with your own matters, or the class will be reserved from your account with the teacher or technical issues.

4.【约课与取消】遇到问题不能上课时，课时是否会被扣除呢？

您可以任意取消课前24小时范围之外的课程，请及时发送邮件至chineselearning52@163.com进行取消（邮件内容需包含您的登录信息、姓名和注册邮箱）。 我们建议您尽量在预约时间24小时之前取消再约。 如这是一节即将在24小时内开课的课程，临时遇到紧急事件不能上课，是您自身的问题该课时会被扣除，如是我们教师或者上课技术的问题，该课时将会保留到您的课程套餐里。

5. [Scheduling and Cancellation] How can I schedule my classes after purchasing the course package?

After you complete the course purchase, our academic coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your class time. In order to ensure learning, we advise that you use a fixed class time and frequency for the lessons. If the learning time changes, you can contact the course consultant one week in advance to re-arrange the class time.

5.【约课与取消】购买课程后怎样约课？

在您完成课程购买后，24小时内会有课程顾问联系您进行选择上课时间。 为了保证您的学习效果，我们建议您使用固定的上课时间和频率进行上课， 如学习时间有变动，可提前一周联系课程顾问重新约定上课时间。

6. [Scheduling and Cancellation] How can I cancel the scheduled courses?

You can send an email ( including your login information, name, and email address to register) to your academic coordinator to cancel a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for free. You will receive a confirmation email of successful cancellation. If it is within 24 hours before the scheduled time, the class will be removed from your account, since the teacher has prepared for the class and he/she can not teach other students. 

7. [Scheduling and Cancellation] Can I choose the Chinese teacher I like?

After the formal enrollment, you can choose any teacher that you think is more suitable. If you would like to change a new teacher later, you can inform your academic coordinator one month in advance and re-select one teacher.

8. [Payment and Pricing] Which payment method can I use?

You can pay with Paypal, Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), Alipay, or WeChat.

我们对我们的教学质量有信心。 如您对目前授课教师不满意，您可以写邮件到chineselearning52@163.com提出要求， 首先我们会考虑让授课教师改进课堂或给您换位新老师上课（由您决定）。 如您还是不满意，您可以随时写邮件到chineselearning52@163.com提出退款申请，对还在有效期内的未使用的课程我们会帮您完成退款。

9. [Payment and Pricing] Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the classes?

We have confidence in the quality of our teaching. If you are unsatisfied with the current teacher, you can email chineselearning52@163.com to make a request. We will first consider asking the teacher to improve classes or changing you to a new teacher (it’s up to you). If you are still unsatisfied, you may ask for a refund at any time for any unused classes that are still within the validity period by emailing chineselearning52@163.com.

10. [Payment and Pricing] How to calculate the refund amount if I would like to apply for a refund?

Amount of refund = the amount paid for the course - the number of completed sessions as scheduled (including no-shows) × the price of one lesson for the closest package number corresponding to the number of hours you complete (the principle of downward compatibility, for example, my Chinese course packages have 60 lessons and 170 lessons. If you purchase a 170 lesson package, and completed 80 lessons worth of time, the session price of the completed lesson hours will be charged according to the package of 60 lessons) + service fee (tax deducted and corresponding handling fee)

10.【付款与价格】如要申请退款，退费金额怎么计算？

退费金额= 您所购买的课时包总额 - 您完成的课时数量（包括缺席课程数量和预约课程数量） × 您完成课时数量所对应最接近的套餐数量单课时的价格（向下兼容原则，如我的的对外中文课程套餐有60节，170节，假如您购买的是170节的套餐，实际完成课时为80节，则完成课时单价需按60节课的套餐计费）+服务费（已抵扣税额和相应手续费）

11. [Courses]Do you have Cantonese, Hokkien and other languages teaching?

Generally, We base our teaching on Mandarin Chinese. However, if you want to learn Cantonese and other local dialects, we can match you with a suitable teacher according to your needs.

12. [Pre-Class Preparation] What preparations do I need to do before taking Chinese online classes?
